History

Young & Associates, Inc. has been in business installing Sewer, Storm Drain, and Water Systems for over fifty years since 1961. The owner and President, John Rasic, has been involved in the construction industry for fifty years and the original owner of the company. Throughout his career, he has completed over one hundred contracts in the Southern California area. The Vice President, A.J. Rasic, has been with the company for over twenty-five years. He graduated with bachelor of science degree in industrial and systems engineering from the University of Southern California, which he has implemented dynamic solutions in the field which has improved the production and organzational levels for completing jobs in an effective and efficient manner. Both John and A.J. pride themselves by arriving on their respective projects by 7 a.m. to assure the each foreman is aware and focused on the tasks at hand to complete the daily goals for the competion of the project in a timely manner. Safety meetings are held each morning with all personnel present to review the daily preventative measures needed to be implemented to secure that potential accidents to occur. Through this type of approach, Young & Assocaites, Inc. has never experienced a fatality in over fifty years of service.

Some key employees include our superintendent, Felix Sandoval, who has been with Young & Associates, Inc. for over forty years. He has dealt with all the major municipalities and agencies throughout Southern California and has had favorable reviews and feedback at the completion of each project from the governing agency and inspection staff of record. Felix Sandoval is a superior employee who is able to install the most difficult jobs with confidence and success. He makes Young & Associates, Inc. the profitable company throughout its history. Young & Associates, Inc. has performed work as far north to the city of Casatic, as far south to the city of San Diego, and as far east to the city of Indio.
