Young & Associates, Inc. has been in business installing Sewer, Storm Drain, and Water Systems for over forty years since 1961.  The owner and President, John Rasic, has been involved in construction business for over fifty years.  Throughout his career, he has completed over one hundred contracts in the Southern California area.  The Vice President, A. J. Rasic, has been with Young & Associates, Inc. for over twenty years.  He graduated with a degree in industrial and systems engineering, which he has helped implement new systems in the field which has improved the production level for completing jobs in efficient manner.

Both John and A. J. pride themselves by being on their respective jobs before 7 a.m. to make sure that each foreman is aware and focused on the tasks at hand to complete daily goals for the completion of the project.  Safety meetings are held weekly with all personnel present to go over the daily preventive measures needed to be implemented to prevent potential accidents.  Through this type of approach, Young & Associates, Inc. has never experienced a fatality in over forty years of business.

Some of the key employees include our superintendent, Felix Sandoval, who has been with Young & Associates, Inc. for over thirty years.  He has dealt with all the major inspection agencies throughout Southern California, and has had favorable reviews at the completion of each project from the inspector of record.  Felix is the employee who is able to tackle the most difficult jobs with the most ease, which in the end makes Young & Associates, Inc. the profitable company it is today. Another key individual is our foreman, Noel Vargas, who has gained tremendous experience over the twelve years he has been apart of Young & Associates, Inc.  He has completed numerous multi-million dollar contracts successfully and in efficient manner.  In the office, Patty Nelson controls the daily operations which are needed to get the progressive payments processed so that Young & Associates, Inc. cash flow is lucrative.  She is extremely organized with the paper work that is necessary for each contract execution, releases, preliminary notices, dispatching of equipment and materials, and all licenses and permits needed for each project.   Young & Associates, Inc. has done work throughout Southern California as far north to the city of Castaic and far south as the city of San Diego and as far east as the city of Indio.  We pride ourselves through immediate service since we are always available on the jobsite or in the office.  Our list of equipment with their respective rental rates are found on the Equipment page.  Please contact us at our office at (626) 535-0151 for any additional information regarding bidding, budget analysis, or consultation advice.  Young & Associates, Inc. is located at 183 N.
